Producer

Project management and coordination

• Oversee each project end to end as the main point of contact between Fustic and the client.
• Build the production timeline and a detailed checklist for every phase.
• Coordinate work between the in-house team (creative, technical) and outside subcontractors (fabrication, equipment, materials).
• Track progress daily and report issues directly to the ECP to find solutions.

Production and delivery

• Understand and oversee how Fustic. produces its core services, from concept through delivery and finishing.
• Make sure the final work matches the agreed technical requirements and creative direction.
• Coordinate installation on site.

Business and operations support (supporting the MD)

• Write proposals and prepare the company's credentials deck.
• Build project quotations based on scope and real costs.
• Manage production budgets: track subcontractor costs, handle settlements and keep contract records.

• Experience
  0 to 2 years. Systematic thinking and the ability to juggle many tasks are a priority.
• Skills
  Fluent with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for managing numbers, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote/Canva) for writing proposals.
• Abilities
  Logical thinking, well-organised work, the judgement to assess each step, and clear communication.
• Languages
  Able to read industry documents and hold basic conversations in English.
• Attitude
  Responsible with deadlines, ready to work on site, and honest in managing project finances.
• Aesthetics
  High aesthetic standards

• Basic knowledge of construction materials, fabrication, or electrical and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with digital content production (animation, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner) or with running digital events.
• Experience at an agency, a production house or an exhibition company.
• Able to read basic technical drawings.
• Design skills, or a working knowledge of design software (Adobe, Figma…)

• Training directly from the ECP in hands-on production coordination and running a creative operation.
• A professional environment, working on projects for international organisations and major corporations.
• A path to Producer or Lead Producer based on performance.
• Salary negotiated on ability, plus bonuses from project profits.
