Visual Production Intern
Fustic. is looking for a Visual Production Intern to support the visual production pipeline on our upcoming New Media Art projects. It suits young people who love technology and new media art, and who want to experience a multidisciplinary studio where art and technology meet.
🔧 What you'll do
- Visual production
Help produce 3D assets and spatial mockups, and support 3D design. Help apply and test AI tools (such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI…) to streamline visual creation and post-production. Quality control: export files to the right technical specs for every format, from print and digital screens to complex large-scale installations. - Research & testing (R&D support)
Find, try out and report on new tools, technologies and plugins (AI, 3D…) that improve the creative process. - Asset & file management
Keep project assets organised to a standard structure. Handle post-production and optimise image and video file sizes. - Operation & installation (on-site)
Help the Tech team set up hardware (computers, sensors, LEDs…) and look after the systems on site at projects and events.
🎨 What we're looking for
Hard skills
- A foundation in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift…)
- Fluent in Adobe tools (Photoshop, After Effects).
Nice to have
- Understanding and use of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI…)
- Motion graphics: A feel for movement and rhythm, and the ability to create basic animation in the usual software.
- An interest in new media art, installation art or interactive design
Mindset
- Meticulous, and responsible with deadlines.
- Good at teaching yourself from documentation and tutorials (preferably in English).
